About us
Technician’s Voice was formed in February 2004 and became the “lost voice” of field engineers during their controversial TUPE handover to Innserve in February of 2004, when leading brewers Carlsberg Uk, Scotco and Coors opted to out-source their technical cellar services.
We created Technician’s Voice, during some tough times, when we felt the cellar engineers and technicians from all companies had no other means of finding out information and news about the handover. As field engineers, clearly chewing this over in the canteen was not an option, so we had to find another means of supporting each other. This site kept a lot of us sane during that uncertain time, and hopefully will continue to do so as we head into greater uncertainty in the future.
