All of T&J installations Birmingham & South wales, as well as a number of main brewers cellar techs have gained these qualifications through among others, companies like charnwood training(an independent group). Unfortunately without sounding like a snob.....there are a lot of knuckle draggers out there that find spelling their name correctly a challenge, let alone passing an exam. Doesn’t the current NVQ level III already cover the points you raise?
