This is a great opportunity to be part of an energetic and innovative team in an expanding and fast-moving drinks business. You will be looking after our Southern territory from your home base and covering proactive and reactive technical support visits to our Draught Soft Drink customers, whilst representing our company and brand values. Ideally you will be situated near Salisbury/Andover which would mean you would be no more than an hour and a half drive to our furthest client. You will be directly reporting to our Technical Director.

Skills/qualifications required:

Experience in draught beer and soft drink installation and service
Self-management and time keeping
Proactive, willing and able to suggest improvements and efficiencies
Hunger to learn and to want to be the best
Genuine care for delivering a great tasting drink and awareness of operational complexities our clients face on a daily basis

Responsibilities will include:

Installation and servicing of draught equipment to company specification wherever the business needs it, primarily in the Southern territory
Carrying out site surveys for new installations and reporting back with detailed information and plans to execute a successful outcome for the company and the customer
Carrying out any technical work requests briefed by the support team and prioritising urgent calls accordingly
Keeping the office informed of all your work and actions that may impact the running order, or our clients
Speaking to customers directly about their enquiry and problem solving over the phone
Visiting customer sites and completing all jobs in a timely and professional manor
Ensuring company asset installation records are up to date
Maintaining stock records of your equipment and submitting these when requested
Keeping yourself informed of the operational challenges customers are facing and report back to find a solution
Maintaining a company vehicle to the company standard, being responsible for the stock inside and reporting any faults immediately
Weekend cover 1 in 4. The rota will be issued to you by the technical director
Completing any paperwork or IT system that our customers request us to maintain
Adopting an “own business” mindset and proactively suggesting improvements to the day to day

You will be highly organised, able to work at a fast pace and have excellent technical skills, including problem solving and project planning. The successful candidate will be provided with training on all tasks if needed and ongoing support. The role is offered on a 5 day a week basis, with weekend call cover 1 in 4. There is also a focus and an opportunity to develop and grow within the business.
